Due to the bespoke nature of our products, all returns or exchanges will not be accepted for any Adult genetic preservations souvenirs regardless if packaging is open or intact, only exception that is made is for clothing ordered though, in cases where the clothing does not fit properly.

If Terpenski brothers inc. is not able to deliver any item(s) on your order because they are out of stock, we will refund the amount charged to your preferred payment method for those products immediately and send you a refund confirmation by email.

Terpenski Brothers inc. will not be liable at any time for monetary damages inflicted from a product being out of stock or any legal repercussions and fines that you may incur because you ordered our product(s) and the law’s of your country prohibits it. We are also not responsible for the loss or seizure of any of our product’s.

Billing and Currency Exchange 

Clients who place an order from outside Canada will be subject to currency exchange fees and rates which will affect pricing due to all transactions being charged in CAD, applicable taxes and shipping costs vary depending on the country used for shipping and billing purposes.


Warning if you input an incomplete or incorrect shipping address we are not responsible for loss or seizures of packages and will not refund or re-ship the order. Please make sure that you enter your shipping address correctly.



Once a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. We have a 30-day return policy (excludes adult genetics preservation souvenirs) applicable for clothing and other collectibles , which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return (excludes adult genetic preservation souvenirs), your collectible  item or piece of clothing must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Exchange Policy:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
