Return and Exchanges of Adult Genetic Preservation Souvenirs
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, all returns or exchanges will not be accepted for any Adult genetic preservations souvenirs regardless if packaging is open or intact, only exception that is made is for clothing ordered though Terpenskibrothers.com, in cases where the clothing does not fit properly.
Terpenski brothers inc. does not under any circumstances guarantee that products offered on the website are available in inventory. If Terpenski brothers inc. is not able to deliver any item(s) on your order because they are out of stock, we will refund the amount charged to your preferred payment method for those products immediately and send you a refund confirmation by email.
Refund Delay period, may vary depending on the chosen payment method.
Terpenski Brothers inc. will not be liable at any time for monetary damages inflicted from a product being out of stock or any legal repercussions and fines that you may incur because you ordered our product(s) and the law’s of your country prohibits it. We are also not responsible for the loss or seizure of any of our product’s.
Billing and Currency Exchange
Clients who place an order from outside Canada will be subject to currency exchange fees and rates which will affect pricing due to all transactions being charged in CAD, applicable taxes and shipping costs vary depending on the country used for shipping and billing purposes.
Warning if you input an incomplete or incorrect shipping address we are not responsible for loss or seizures of packages and will not refund or re-ship the order. Please make sure that you enter your shipping address correctly.
Taxes-Duties-Fees
Once a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring compliance with laws and regulations of the country of destination.

Small Order(s): Please allow minimum 03-10 business days for orders to be processed and shipped.
Big Orders(s)(Wholesale): Please allow minimum 07-15 business days for orders to be processed and shipped.
Also note item(s) will be shipped with either DHL/FedEx/ Canada Post they offer Insurance as well as tracking at checkout.

Terpenski Brothers INC. is not liable and does not take any responsibility for payment of any of the following additional item(s) shipping charges that may apply taxes, duties, fees and charges for return or exchange item(s), any legal fees you may incur due to having ordered our products to a region where it is no permitted.
return/refund & exchange policy:
We have a 30-day return policy (excludes adult genetics preservation souvenirs) applicable for clothing and other collectibles , which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return (excludes adult genetic preservation souvenirs), your collectible item or piece of clothing must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@terpenskibrothers.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your collectible items or clothing (excludes adult genetic preservation souvenirs) order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or shows defects, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like(Adult genetic preservation souvenirs), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gasses. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exchange Policy:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and is not applicable for (Adult Genetic preservation souvenirs) .

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a credit or charge will automatically be applied depending on the situation to your Terpenski Brothers account, within a certain amount of days.

Our store is hosted on hosting plus networks and WooCommerce Provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Hosting plus Networks & WooCommerce data storage, databases and the general Hosting plus Networks & WooCommerce application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then WooCommerce stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
